How could a state governor condescend very low to the abysmal low level of a local villager to conjure images of enemies in his mind 24/7, and use enmity to punish hundreds of thousands of people in an area of the state he governs?

The cities of umuahia, Akwa, and abakiliki re barely 20 years old. It's good competition but please let it be healthy.

We as a people are individualistic and we love to express our individuality both as a singular person, group of people or as a state....
