I must commend your effort put together to compose this post. More grease to your elbow. I want to add this that a Standard Tower material is good enough for Casement windows when fabricated efficiently. I've heard and seen customers talk about Nigaless material but i can boldly say Nigaless is overrated especially if you are trying to cut cost( if you are financially bouyant, you can go for it). Imported material is a NO NO like the Op said.
