This is a counter thread. A thread made front-page today mocking Nigerians on how they pronounce certain words. Well, fellow Ghanians, Nigerian ascent was the 6th Sexiest language in the world according to CNN. So, please learn to live with that. Thank you. The list was compiled by CNN in 2014 and puts Nigerian accents 6 place in the world among accent like French, Queens English, Italian and the likes. I need goggles to see Ghana on the list. Dignified with just a hint of willful naivete,the deep,rich "oh's" and "eh's" of 9ja bends the English language without breaking it I.e 9ja makes it elastomic lol, arousing tremors in places other languages can't reach. What a description,the writer is hilarious |
