are you a research agent or marketing staff of tfc. your people have a good concept but they cant cope with the influx of customers, the same problem gtb has. incidentally you seem to share the same color. also more attention should be paid to maintenance. many of your facilities are often in a poor state of repair. and finally you shoule arrange proper training for your sales girls because they at times behave like they are serving molue drivers at motor parks
