I can see your level of reasoning. Mimiko is conducting the first and only Local Govt election since he took over 71/2 years ago. He's conducting election when he has 6 months left to go. What has he being doing with his appointed caretakers in relation with local govt allocations in the last 71/2 years. Mimiko ole!
