Fashion consultant Latasha Ngwube, posted CCTV footage of a bow-legged man stealing her mobile phones from her purse at a party in Lagos last weekend. The yet-to-be-identified man was also accused of stealing another lady's laptop last week. Below are videos of the thief in action. Hopefully someone will recognize him and take him to the police.

What you are looking at is a clip from a CCTV camera of the same "handicapped" thief that struck on Saturday at another restaurant and stole someone's laptop.
