The school wouldn't on its own have embarked on the building because it's unnecessary: It's being built by the CBN.

Yeah I know it being funded by CBN. But they asked for what Oau wanted and Oau chose a new Senate building.

Why you are so openly idiotic escapes me. People half your age are doing legitimate businesses both home and abroad and your are here doing jack of trades beyond your competence.

What do you mean by movers an shakers of naira land?! Mr Egungun Calabar. cheesy. Smh.

Anyways, I'm sure you're used to doing "egun mogaji" to people around you. One day they'll be liberated.

Stop prancing around and answer the question.

How do you make a single HVAC unit deliver different temperature to different rooms?

Not going into the gutter with you but I will hold your leg to the fire grin

I suspect you derive online, some sense of self worth that you have never gotten in real life.

You really need to get a life.

Childishly quoting people's monikers here to elicit some sort of mob reaction won't help you. Wallowing in a juvenile " we know ourselves" online self-importance won't help you in real life. I hope for those people's career that they've not formed a group with you.

Tell me you relationship with mechanical engineering that makes you an authority on HVAC.

Posting easily gotten Google pics isn't same as credence in technical issues, apply wisdom, keep quiet next time.

P.s. I also studied Mechanical Engineering.

"He that knows not, and knows not that he knows not, is a f00l, shun him".

Stop rambling and answer the question.

I'm sure that you're a surveyor, electrical engineer also in your mind cheesy

Go line up for petrol grin

Other than blindly arguing you have made no reasonable claim. I still don't know what your argument is.

http://www.servicechampions.net/blog/the-best-types-of-home-heating-systems-for-northern-california-homes/

" Ductless mini-split systems

Another efficient home heating option is the ductless mini-split system. These types of heating systems are just gaining popularity in California and the U.S. as a whole, but have been used in homes and apartments in Europe for decades.

They work much like the traditional furnace and air conditioning combo: There’s an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. But the system requires no ductwork. This makes a ductless mini-split a perfect option for heating additional rooms that would be difficult to run ducts to.

The absence of ductwork also means there’s no heat loss from leaking ducts ."

This is just one sample from the internet.

I was in at least 5 model homes this weekend and ALL of them were split system based. But of course they are not low rent hotels and apartments.
Arguing blindly? You take this quite personally, you're a typical Nigerian, too silly to have a discussion without letting your idiotic personality get in the way. No self respecting high end home will install unsightly split units on their property; apart from the fact that it is just not that effective, the aesthetics of the home will be badly affected. I don't think you know what a high end home' really is.

Esthetics over "efficiency". All the split A/C units have just made that building look fugly.

Central HVAC is less efficient.

Even here in California, the higher end homes are going to split system though some are linked.
A modern multi level building like that in the US will always have a central HVAC system.

Not true at all.

Split is now offered as an option in at least California and Arizona.

Like I said I was in model homes this past weekend and they all had split systems.

Well even if they employ a split HVAC system it is not the ugly scheme that you see used in that picture where there is literally one split unit for each room.

Pele

You should have said earlier that you didn't know anything about HVAC and was just typing away. Your fingers are faster than your brain?

Olodo feeling funky. Its is at times like these that I love when people like you deny Nigeria. Better to claim Togolese and be deemed an absolute f00l. grin

I'm ashamed you're from Ibadan. Your experience being moored to several island before stowing away under a bus must have damaged your brain.

You are a rude, delinquent and belligerent child my dear. This would have been a good thread to discuss, teach and learn about different uses and deployment of HVAC as the op wanted, but you had to bring in your dubious egungun calabar.

You will get no education you've not payed for.

Good morning.

Education? From you?

grin cheesy grin

You're a joker. Go back to your motor park and sing them your lame stories. It won't fly here.
