Why should we continue to endure these pains? by nigeriafilm(m): 8:53pm On Apr 25, 2016
Dear Nairalanders,
This is about a year into this administration, a govt that enjoyed the supports of so many Nigerians with a promise of change, a change from "slavery" to the path of freedom and independence and a change to the Nigeria of our dreams.
However, barely a year, the "errors" the change promise to correct has rather been made worse by the process of the change, as many Nigerians are worse off. To make matter worse the change crusade is loosing apostles - as many who birth the change ideas are daily queueing for wailing forms. I have been enduring and waiting patiently with the govt, but daily activities especially inconsistences, clamping down the oppositions etc, keep dashing my hopes.
In 2012, when GEJ removed subsidy, the nation was thrown into hardship, but analysts arqued that when fully absorved it will result in a competitive pump price, the telecom industry was cited as example.
Please like the deregulation, what exactly do we stand to gain at the end of this pains under PMB?
