Mostly 5 hours, sometimes less and maybe some extra hours on Sundays.

There once were times I stay up 48 hours straight, sleep for 3 hours or less and go back to not sleeping for days again, insomnia is real though.

If my phone & laptop battery is low, I think only then will I sleep for 6 hours +.



But if my phone & laptop are fully charged, mehn, na vigil things o. Don't blame me, NEPA only give us light in the midnight.

Sometimes 6-7 hours.
Sometimes more.
Sometimes lesser.

So many factors responsible.

My children first, I try and wake them up in the middle of the night to wee, after which I may be unable to have my sleep back.

Sometimes, I would have so much to do that I wouldn't have choice than to sleep late and wake up early.

Sometimes, I chat into midnight without knowing and since I'd be going to work the following morning, I wouldn't have choice than to wake up after about 4 hours.

Sometimes, me and hubby just get over excited and we forget about sleeping early resulting to shorter hours of sleep.

15 hours, not a bad one though

People say 8 hours is okay but if you sleep for 8 hours daily (which is one-third of a day), by the time you clock 60 then you ve slept for good 20 years! That's serious.

I sleep between 3-5hours daily. Closes work midnight and before I get home is almost 2am and sleeps 4 and I'm up 8am or 9.

On Mondays to Thursdays its 4 hours at maximum, sometimes it could be less, but Fridays to Sundays, its unlimited, because I don't go to work, 10hours at night and I sometimes sleep during the day.

Gosh!!! 7x in one night...

get home from work at 9pm , eat and prepare for the next day,sleep between 11pm-12am,wake up by 4am,leave the houe around 5.15am,so sleep for 4-5hours a day excluding public holidays and saturdays.lagos life

5 to 6hours everyday,
I do sleep by 12a.m. And some times just like yesterday by 1 or 2a.m. And my waking time doesn't go beyond 6a.m. Dot, i hardly sleep in the day
