Let northern graduates serve in the north and southerners in the south. Every fuccking thing in Nigeria is structured to favour the north. Scrap the scheme. It does more evil than good for southerners.

l'm sure you didn't mean to type what you just did. Doctors don't kill people, doctors are not terrorists.

Caesarean section is a life-saving surgical procedure done for justifiable indications (except where quacks are involved). It is usually the last resort where the lives of both the mother and her baby are in danger.
