The federal government of Nigeria has officially declared Monday, the 2nd of May a public holiday for all workers. This is to commemorate the 2016 workers day celebration which hold every May 1st. An announcement was made on behalf of the government by the Minister of Interior, Lt. Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazzau. He commended nigerian workers for their resilience and commitment to the Change mantra of President Muhammadu Buhari.
