He's not bowing down to the queen. It's a matter of courtesy.

Generally, black people are courteous and naturally respectful- the opposite of white people. White people have no respect for YOU as a blackman- which is why they invaded our nations, enslaved, kidnapped, stole, and damaged the cultures and languages of other nations.
