That means you are novice in Nigeria politics, this receipt cost is for all candidate of Exco from ward, LG to state and delegate form payment and even payment of Chairman form, and 3years deu for all candidate. Now calculate, if he like he can pay for them, if he don't he won't pay for them. So not for only himself oooooooo |
