I have been to shell company on some occasions, they have their own police putting on d same uniforms as d NigerIan police. I dint even know there supenumerary policemen that guides companies n banks or other establishments.

The word SPY, as used in this instance, does not refer to secret agents. They are talking about supernumerary policemen.
