Which of these shows Nigeria current Economic State? Inflation: Is the increase in the supply of money or credit causing higher prices. “The more money that is loaned into the economy, the less each current unit is worth. As a result, the currency is devalued” Devaluation: It occurs when more current units are used to buy the same amount of goods and services. To the consumers it appears as though prices have risen, in reality, the currency has simply lost its purchasing power. Recession: This occurs when there is slow demand for goods which will result to having fewer workers for the production of the goods, hence resulting in people losing their jobs. Recession affect everything, from consumer price to investment values. Note: “The ups and downs, booms and bust of our economy cycles are not a phenomenon of nature. Instead, they are the direct result of deliberate action taken by those who control monetary policy. In effect, they control the price of everything, from your car to your hose, and even determine whether you have a job or not” Reading this I know you must have been enlightened about the reality of the current Nigeria Economical state irrespective of what our Government tells us. They say the Naira has not been devalued, how much do you buy Bread, Pure water, Indomine, Spaghetti, Rice, Beans even fuel or pay for Transport. I am of the opinion that I don’t work by what our Government says on the media but by the reality on Ground. So what do you think is our current Economical State is it A. Inflation B. Devaluation C. Recession D. Inflation & Devaluation E. Devaluation & Recession F. All of the Above G. None of the Above. Whatever your option is must be a true reflection of what you sense and understand from our current economic situation. |
