That's not true. He didn't score in Nig v Ita match. It was Emmanuel Amuneke that scored for Nigeria in that match before Roberto Baggio scored a penalty kick when Austin Eguavoen brought down Zola in the penalty box.

He was my African best player. So painful I didn't get to meet the legend, more painful that he died helpless and broke eventually. Silly country that forgets people that sacrificed everything for the country.

My most memorable moment is that thunder of a shot that hit the cross bar against Eygpt at the group stage of Tunis 94. Menh the man was a complete striker, He really blended with Oliseh back then, pity we cant put together a team like that era ever again. RIP
