An Officer of Peace Corps Of Nigeria Osu John rescued a cab driver along Life Camp few hours ago in Abuja when he intervened in a quarrel between a Taxi driver and his passenger. GAB gathered that the passenger who also happen to be a cab driver refused to pay his fare. Amidst arguments and quarrel, the passenger brought out a Matchet to kill the driver after beating him up. When asked he claimed the driver stole his hand brush. Items found on him include Matchet, Charms, and many other diabolic things. The case has been forwarded to Kado Junction outpost Police station for further investigation. The Police and the Army men which the young Peace Corps officer met at the Police Station commended him for being brave and Courageous. This is one of the Mandate of the Peace Corps Of Nigeria to Complement the already existing security agencies in Nigeria and the more reason to fastrack the passage of the bill for the Nigerian Peace Corps
