am in need of your suggestions and directions from those who had similar case or must have undergone such changes.,

I did my bvn when i was bearing my adopted name and as it stands now, have confirmed my real i.d and its entirely different from my adopted name, as i would wish to open a new bank account with my new name, i dont know how it will work bearing in mind that such changes would affect my the new account name because of the prior bvn registration, how and what document would be required to effect this change. i would wish to close the former accts definitely
