Well, with this I guess Buhari wasn't entirely late in signing.

But then, its supposed to be a CHANGE not d status quo.

You're correct o jare. And the PDP - Pikkin Destroy Papa wailers were saying Buhari na Baba go slow. What about their weak GEJ (Slow poison, Pretender President) I know some bunch of fools will still come up here and say op was not entirely correct on this. Fools go research your own, we go double check. I am very certain, If dem monitor all GEJ budgets we will realise they were not properly implemented.

So its true. Buhaha is a dullard afterall that you compare his time to that of Jona for signing his budget. #ChangeOfBrain is needed for all the Zombies really.

Thank God PMB isn't the first to sign late budget. Change all d way...

Just like this is not the first time our budget will be spent the same way, The painful aspect is that Nigeria will be indebt, have to pay the interest even though all in it wont be implemented. #Wastedyear

lol.

Without any issue, Jonathan still had 24th May?

Jonathan was an error! I will expect 2017 budget to be passed at worst by February, 2017.

Change has come to stay
The presidency said last week that 2017 budget was ready.

Again fool, compare the allocations of ur god jonah-daft to critical sectors of Power, Housing and works last year to what Buhari signed last week and come back to tell me u see no change. U will never benefit from it.
