Hiya! Just a quick update about the readybaked cake collaboration. If you are interested please message baked1808@gmail.com. It is not compulsory, however it would bring exposure for you as a cake artist and also help others via knowledge exchange. The theme for the cake collaboration is cancer awareness and the sub theme is food. Ive just finished my cake using mainly simple tools from the kitchen cupboard. Here's the finished cake. I will post how I made it on readybaked.weebly.com PS: If you intend to join, as a beginner decorator, there is an incentive for you. Xionez: Awwww thanks! Everything is edible. Burger is made out of vanilla cake and chocolate mud cake covered with buttercream and fondant. The drink cup is chocolate mud cake, drink is homemade piping gel colour brown and the fries are made out of modeling chocolate. 1 Like |

Baking for a good cause: Why not organise a bake sale to raise funds and give back to those in need in your local community. Here is my own 'Act of Random Kindness' which I will be gifting to Jessica who turns two come Friday. I challenge you to bake for a good cause. When you do, please upload a photo and let us know whose day you have made. Everyone can make a difference but how you make it is your choice.
