Please can some body give me legal advice? If a neighbor to me at my business location requests that I allow him to tap electricity from my PHCN connection, because he cannot pay his bill or so as he can have an alternative phase, so when there is no light from his transformer due to PHCN power sharing, he can then use the connection from my line if there is light on my transformer. I would like to know if I have broken the law. Thanks in advance for your response.
