Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Dimeji Bankole, yesterday revealed that almost N1 trillion unspent budget was returned to the Federation Account during his regime as the Speaker.
Bankole said about N500 billion was returned in the first year of his tenure, while N300 and N120 billions were returned in the second and third years, respectively.

How much will this government returned being unspent 2015 budget?

The truth is that 2015 budget was signed on 10th May, 2016 and Buhari was sworn in on 29th of the same May, 2016 and this very capital budget was sparingly implemented.

Where is our money?

Something is wrong with this report. Unspent allocation doesn't go back to the federation account, it goes back to the consolidated revenue fund. And again, National assembly over the years have always gotten an annual average allocation of N150billion, how then is it possible for them to return N500billion in unspent allocation?
