I was wondering too because I've migrated to it and I wanted to send a Zain - Zain message yesterday when I had about N6.00 on my phone and was not going, giving me the 'Message sending failed' error, yet I checked the number of free sms sent before migrating to it, it was just 2.
I think this Zain Jolli of a thing is fraud, so please beware, other subscribers, do not be deceived.

Once you buy a new sim the current plan you are in is the best even though you might not know it. When i saw the zain joli. I would not believe it. No network i know says 25k/sec without strings which was exactly what zain did in their advertising. They just flashing the 25k/sec or 40k/sec before the eyes of their customers and they knew that once you entered you would not like it so they barred all exits. Its like a horror movie. But don't worry guys where there's a will there a way
