Firstly, hope you understand the statement? I guess u do, just Dat some idioms portray confusing meanings. I will use an example to explain what d statement entails, thus.... From historical view, the nuclear bombing Dat killed upto 100,000 innocent civilians from Hiroshima and Nagasaki in Japan to avert a 2nd world war which could have cost d world more than such wreck is a typical example to explain d idiom. From the above, it can be said to be... Some inappropriate means to achieve an extreme goal. As a result to ur question, I posit Yes! as my stance to ur curiosity. Hope I didn't confuse u d more? |
