GrandMufti: There's no "My Computer" icon on my laptop. Its a Windows 10. The only icon there is "This PC" and even there, i cant still find my phone. Its only when i select "Transfer Photos" on my phone that i can find my phone storage on my laptop. |

Svelte98: Follow the steps outlined in Solution 2 – Install MTP USB Device driver in the link below. http://windowsreport.com/windows-10-doesnt-recognize-android/ I had the same problem when I upgraded to Windows 10 and this is how I fixed it. |

Svelte98: right-click on the desktop and choose Personalize. Now select Themes on the left-hand menu, and then once you are there, you can select Desktop icon settings under the “Related Settings” section. And now you can click the checkboxes for the icons that you want back. You should see the icons show up as soon as you click Apply. On how to make your phone show-up, I think it has been solved sometime ago. Cc jboixxx |
