Good morning house. Noobody has done it again. I gave him almost 200k to help order the mi mix 2 6/128 without knowing him in person. Guys this dude brought my phone to me exactly 7 working days after payment.

What credibility do we need again before dealing with him. I can vouch for noobody on any deal.

If you are still the doubting Thomas, better CHANGE now. Don't dull yasef.

A dedicated thread loading once I can get a good phone to take its pictures.

PS: This is my third time of dealing with him. We re working on another deal again!

That won't work for me. I like to travel light and incognito, I mostly do Street Photography and my experience with orthodox cameras has been that, my subjects have either been nervous/un-natural at the sight of the camera or been outright uncooperative or hostile. Besides a good Mirroless (no to DSLRs, thank you) would not be quite cost efficient for me compared to a good camera phone.
Just wait for Mi 7 then or Mi note 4. Can also consider One plus 5T if you can live without miui.

You're moving from nougat to oroe, it's a major update, so don't expect an OTA update experience to be the same as a fastboot/clean install update experience.

Restoring app backup after the update is not even advisable.

Like I said, I know I see your point but Firstly I'm using global not china stable. The fact that the notification system was changed back to MIUI 8 style shows how broken it is. Among other little things. And u can't expect ever person to do a reset or clean install just because it's a major update. This didn't happen on my note 4x.

I can still manage the nptification style, but the problem is that my third party theme just change to custom theme and despite all the effort to use miui theme editor to change the third party all is still no avail cause miui is not accepting my third party for now.

Whether you are on stable rom ( global or china) or beta rom (global or china ) it is always advisable to do a clean install / factory reset whenever you start experiencing bugs with a new rom, that is a common knowledge peculiar to miui. If you are averse to reflashing/ factory reset, then it's best you read feedbacks before deciding to update your phone.

About the notification style, that is subjective and you have every right to dislike it.

shocked I was told something like this by someone who recently updated but never believed. It seems I'd have to discontinue my update then coz I can't do without MIUI theme editor or 3rd party themes and fonts.

Using nairaland threads as our study base, I could easily draw up my conclusions that infinix is losing ground very rapidly to other brands............
