Eeechenmeelee1: Eeechenmeelee1: Wrong wrong wrong You can also toggle those settings in any custom rom. So it's not a miui glitch or bug |

This thing I realized is not really a new discovery sef, MIUI threads on Reddit have complain about this tire since they found out about it in MIUI 10 development rom before it even reached stable n me I found out when I updated to MIUI 10 stable. I still rate MIUI high, I just don't like some of it's design decisions |

GrandMufti:I never asked for AOSP, it's in official MIUI rom that I asked |

I hv been following this thread since oh, and I don't have money to buy the type of xiaomi phones and I missed black Fridays from all these different sites,. My hopes of getting this phone is either next yr when some people who are phone freak will start selling their fairly used own. This is when I will buy it or if I can see someone dat can buy this gionee m6 or swap with good xiaomi phone. I can add money to the person. Yes I can so far as the phone is in good condition. I expected money which I wanted to use in buying mi Max 2 but another thing carried the money. U all know where I'm heading to. I need a cheap xiaomi phone with great specifications. Chat me up 07037890136 if we can deal 2 Likes 1 Share |

I got a refund from aliexpress but it's yet to reflect in my available balance. My bank sent me the alert but my balance didn't increase, is that normal? |

Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by maclawrence02(m): 7:29am On Nov 29, 2018 |
henry007:I think the reason is that whenever you factory reset your phone and you are logged in (mi account) you will be asked to provide your password and it will be verified online before you can use the phone. This is where I think it's important to have quick settings enabled because you will have to switch on data or connect to wifi to achieve this. 1 Like 1 Share |

maclawrence02:pple really seems to forget things fast, in android 2.3 days, if you don't have data on and you entered wrong pattern after some times, it will ask you to sign in to Google account to gain access to the phone back, the problem then was that pple may not have data enabled and u won't be able to use it, the only solution was to format data. I've been a victim of this actually, having access to some items in Q.S is a bonus to me not a bug or security concern as pple are making it up to be. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Those complaining of toggles on lockscreen... You can find that setting in security...lock screen preference...change to don't show notification or hide sensitive notification |

Re: The Xiaomi Thread. by acekid109(m): 7:48am On Nov 29, 2018 |
macbeyland:I just weak 4 some pple. If you don't like miui, use another rom and let us be. Even the mobile data toggle pple r talking about, it's not like one can browse from lockscreen or who uses an hotspot without password these days? |

Eeechenmeelee1:MIUI 10 infuses the quick settings and notification together so they go hand in hand, you're obviously new to this. If you're so picky with MIUI design language there's the Mi A2 with pure Android to choose from |
