Somebody please help!!!
I am facing the worst issue I ever faced in a phone.
The gps in my rn7 doesn't work!
Because of this, I can't use driving mode on Google maps or anything that needs gps location.
I have done all I can think of:

Tried all the suggestions from the internet

Flashed the latest rom,
Tinkered with various settings,
Set the gps to high accuracy, etc nothing has worked.

For all the good features that exists on this phone, such a basic feature as gps doesn't work!
All evidence points to a software bug.

Even my small redmi go has no issues whatsoever with gps.

GPS non-existent,
Now noticing that Bluetooth connection is degraded.
Cannot enjoy home theater or Bluetooth headphones if I move more than 1 meters from the speaker whereas
Redmi go runs smoothly even from 10 meters.

Who did I offend sef?

Could be an hardware (Radio) issue of fastboot ROM doesn't help.

Search for Wi-Fi scanning in your settings and toggle it off. That's the culprit of your battery drain

It's not as much the battery capacity as it is the software optimization. You'd be surprised at what SOT you can squeeze out of some sub 3500mah batteries.

Any phone less than 4kmah is a no for me, optimization or not..

Unlock bootloader, install custom recovery, root then you can install the Dolby

Their numbers are different... Global ROM hasn't got this update.
Chinese get theirs first. I remember I got dark theme over a month before global.

I'd really love to continue using a Xiaomi after my note 5 got stolen .....but money na constraint and as a student, I cant squeeze out more than 30k...please fellow Xiaomites, what good Xiaomi fone can one ģet for 30k ? I really dont want to settle for transsion devices
