I don't know if there's any fix, and when will mui 12 or Android 10 come out for note 8?

For the RN8 MiUI 12 and A10 are tipped to come as one. The when is what's uncertain. It has been in Beta testing for months now and no stable build yet. With any luck it should be out by the end of the month or next month.

Check your tempered glass for the proximity issue. And besides there is a newer build for 11.0.10 for your device but still on stable beta but should be rolled out for publicly for everyone soon

Please everytime I changed my home and lockscreen wallpaper it'll automatically reset to the default wallpaper the next day......What can I do about this?

Lock apps you want to hold in memory. But don't it for too many apps because some apps consume over 1GB of your RAM that is why MIUI normally closed them
