I am currently using a Redmi 9T that i totally enjoy but this deadboot issue is discouraging me. I have never experienced it tho and have used it for 8 months, my bro who bought around same time have already taken his to Raya. I don't want to now abeg, phone is too important for me to dump for 7 days. If i have assurance i won't experience it then there's no need to be thinking of a new phone self. But if it's inevitable then i will just use the opportunity to switch to another Snapdragon. MTK don show me pepper. Thank you.

Unfortunately, xiaomi now release most of their budget/midrange phones with MTK chips nowadays. With your 100k budget, you should be able to get Redmi note 10 6gb 128gb used. If you can add like 20k, you should see redmi note 10 pro also used.

For upcoming one, I heard the redmi note 11 global series will get SD chips, Let's watch and see.

I just bought a new Redmi 9c 4+128GB few days ago. So I got a notification to update to 12.0.18. Please what are the risks of updating like loss of data, files and also will I get the gesture navigation bar if updated 'cause it's not on the current MIUI I'm on now?

RAM optimization is on point too. I love the consistency of the notifications now. It's no longer scattered.

The screenshot below is proof of the one that is the greater thief.

You can see my MTN main data remains about 58gb, while the bonus is about 3.8gb.
On the other hand my Airtel data is about 1.6gb , while the bonus is a little above 30gb.
The screenshot proves Airtel are deducting the main data before they take the bonus while MTN is deducting the bonus data before the main. The only problem I have with MTN is that they deduct from my main data even when I'm on YouTube, however it's still a far better option for me.
From the screenshot MTN is a far better option than Airtel.

I don't know why the guy is arguing because it's a known fact that Airtel deducts main data before deducting the bonus data.

MY Phone, RN8 4g network isn't stable. It doesn't bring 4g network most times even with a 4g Sim and environment.

I thought it was an update issue but I did the update and the issue is still the same. What could probably be the issue pls..

Confirm na the exact amount that came to my mind if am the one to sell it so that all those penny wise pounds foolish that were planning to save almost 60k to use 40k to buy a brand new phone will redo their mathematics, you'll see they'll all run cos they ain't sincere one bit.

When you switch off the phone it won't on again no matter how you try. In some case it would take 30mins or 1 hour of total blackout before it comes back on. My bro already took his to Raya and even met others with the same problem but i have never experienced it sha. I try to restart every once in a while still haven't experienced it. My warranty expires May next year, will keep observing till then. When the time is close i might take it to Raya just so i can get a new phone before the warranty expires.

I wasn't arguing about airtel, I was arguing that no internet provider in Nigeria is honest even mtn that he said a fair, in my own case they deduct both the bonus and data at same time.

Nope. On normal circumstances every brand of the phone would be recalled whether it's good or not. It's your choice to take it there and actually use your warranty.
