download miui downloader from playstore you'll see the manual update file there.. btw update was pushed to global ROM bout early last month.

I need help... Since yesterday night when I turned off MIUI Optimization trying to get better background app performances, Omo few things just change.
It seems app permissions for all apps were reset to default. The main issue is that permissions for Chrome and Opera are worse hit. On nairaland website I can't upload pictures. Shït doesn't work.
WhatsApp or GB version don't show contact names.

Dunno if I did some things wrong or need to change back to optimisation.

I'm using Redmi Note9s with MIUI 12.5 latest version.

Funny enough I didn't feel any change in device performance.

But my problem is that I can't install gb Whatsapp on the phone ..I will download it but it won't install
But it will install normal official WhatsApp but it won't install WhatsApp..I have also allow "install unknown app" in my phone settings and upgraded my phone but it won't install gb Whatsapp

Except used Mi 10 of 2020. And Curved display are going it is only a matter of time. Even the Xiaomi 12 series have no curved display phone so far.

Faced similar issues two weeks ago.

Go and download it from Gbapps dot n£t website. It seems WhatsApp is cracking down on mods. Mine couldn't update to latest version even after installing it from the regular channels I used before. Alex mods and Android waves won't work.

Until i changed websites.

Mi11 lite 5g ne Redmi note 11 pro will give you very decent cameras even though I feel like you're looking for way more than that in which case you'll have to either up your budget or get a used flagship device
