I think the problem should be the screen glass protector... Check if its covering the sensor at the top of the phone

That means Xiaomi used the remaining stock of the sensors from their previous supplier on the 10c. Hopefully they will use software updates to reduce the occurrence.

but am enjoying my 4 months old Redmi 10c with no problem at all till this moment. D phone always makes me happy, the long lasting battery and steady network connection . Check whether your phone fall on d ground

A friend of mine Redmi note 11 pro has been misbehaving
First it was the camera, once you turn on the flashlight, the flashlight goes off giving overheating issue error
After recording a video either at 720 or 1080, the audio doesn't sync when the visuals

Then we decided to update the phone to the latest 13.0.2
It became worse
The flashlight camera & video issue still exists
The phone now reboots on its own when in use

I just a redmi note 10 5g,but im yet to get the miui 13 update,i downloaded the update manually but it's not installing,any help?

I was using gionee phone. Engine damaged then decided to buy a new phone. News of redmi then hit me. That was how I got RN8

Wow I must say, Redmi phones generally are very good and solid. I bought it two yrs ago and there is no single problem. If u see my phone now, I swear u will think I bought it yesterday. But I'm talking about redmi note 8 ginkgo.
