The first picture is redmi 7 and the second is redmi note 12.
You can easily lock an app from the menu on redmi 7. Before I could even lock an app on redmi note 12 I had to go through security and even at that, the app won't stay open in the background for more than 5 mins.
I've tried a dozen methods I found on the internet but none has worked so far. I'm so fu*king tired

Please can you share your experience so far, using the the note 12 4g.

And for the poor camera review and sluggishness of the miui, do you think future updates, will be able to fix that?

I'm not a camera person so I can't give a review for the camera. Yea, the UI is sluggish. It takes some time for the call dialer to open and it also takes a few seconds before you can pick a call.
The message app is glitchy. Apps close after being left in the background for a few minutes.
I'm not enjoying the phone 😞

No I don't, I currently use redmi 8, thou I'm considering upgrading to the note 12 6/128.
But so far, the review about the phone is not encouraging.

If not that I am on a tight budget, I would have just gone for the N10 pro, that is one phone I so much love.

Behold today I opened AliExpress only to find that they've closed the dispute and closed the order with this message I don't even understand 😭😭😭 I don't even know what to do, seller stopped responding, bot isn't saying anything sensible I'm being asked to upload evidence for appeal but I don't know what to upload again.
Please anyone that can help me, please do 😭😭😭 I worked hard for this money I don't want it to go just like that o😭😭😭😭

all these online wahala is why I've always avoid purchasing online stuffs... I only do pay on delivery but I prefer going and getting things myself.. the risk for online business too much.. sorry about that.

Keep wait hopefully it will arrive. It is a 50/50 with phones. If we say source locally e get why.

I may sound harsh but it is best you read terms and conditions before venturing in.

AE states the shipping period and I am certain there is no way AE told you your order will be delivered within a month even expected delivery dates they put when you order is usually around 70days from when it is ordered.

So once again calm down. When it gets to the time to file a dispute you will win it easily.

If it's gaming and performance then the F3 is far better. Snapdragon 870 no be Dimensity 1200 mate but a 2021 phone is a bit old now sha.

This is what I was criticizing Xiaomi about.

There was only supposed to be one Redmi Note 12. For over 4 months, from December 2022 to March 2023, there was only one Redmi Note 12. That one is now the Redmi Note 12 5G.

Last minute, they decided that Africans don't need a 5G vanilla Redmi Note. So they ordered for Snapdragon 685 and made Redmi Note 12 4G instead. So if you see a Redmi Note 12 with Snapdragon 4 Gen 1, that is the 5G, if you see Snapdragon 685, that is the 4G.

You people sef should keep up with Tech news. Na only when una need help or want to buy phones before una go remember say tech people dey. It's not good. Dey keep up and dey follow happenings so that you won't be lost or confused.

Ignore those idiots at Raya, everything na board issue to them. If you carry your son go there say e get headache, instead of paracetamol, them go suggest board replacement. That's the only thing they know.

Go and ask around, do research, look for a capable technician in your vicinity and tell him your issue. No give am phone, just tell him your issue. His confidence and his reply is what will determine if you'll give him your phone or not.
