I know dis is nt d rite section but dis is where u get quick response, I want to lose weight in d nxt 14 fourteen days,any help plz.i was told to take lipton teabags,i consumed 2 packs nd nothing miraculous happen. |

This is ya last bustop. Oya within d 14 dat u want (6-6 fasting ti take over) wake up in the morning, drink one cup of water, and 2-3 hrs later eat anytin light like biscuit and tea or bread and tea or u take only pap. Den afternoon eat around 2pm and again around 8-8:30 pm. Dont eat much. And drink more water than b4. . . . . . . Sips Alomo. . *Frowns#. . Aaahhhhh. . . (Thank me later) 1 Like |

Go on a crash diet & cut down your calorie intake (by half) if you want quick results. Also drink lots of water & GREEN TEA, NOT Lipton.14 days is way too short though, to be realistic. If all fails, suck it in! |

Uh... Eazzypizzy! Go On A fruitarian diet.. Eat mostly fruits for the next 2weeks... Then, do Atleast 30mins Aerobic exercises. plain old jumping jacks and Shoki dances. Oh! don't forget to add eggs to Your list. boiled..No oil. It'd help with the cravings. Ps--its super healthy. Good luck Anyways... 4 Likes 1 Share |

bolasexy:take nescafe in the mornings and do morning juggs before the 14 days, just sweat during ur exercises and eat less not much. Take fruits at night as dinner (plenty of it) especially carrots, and u may see results... Thanks |

Why do you want to lost weight so fast? I will keep on telling you guys, maintaining a healthy weight is a long-term approach and a lifestyle thing. You can fool your body to achieve an appreciable amt of weight loss in so little time. Take it gradually and naturally. You need to stop taking those lipton tea because of its caffeine content which can trigger high blood pressure and sleeplessness. |
