I am sharing with you what is in the public domain as at January 2016. That was when they were expecting the weapons. Some have been delivered and that info is not in the public domain. I can confirm that to you from my military sources. All you see is their impact in the ongoing war in the NE.

So in GEJ's 6 years, arms could not be procured and delivered until he left office. All of a sudden all the arms appeared.
