Prelude: SDS IS AN ACRONYM FOR SINCERE DATA SELLERS, WE HAVE A GROUP ON WHATSAPP WITH OVER 100 DEDICATED AND SINCERE DATA RESELLERS ACROSS THE NATION. WE SHARE IDEAS, DELIBERATE ON IMPORTANT ISSUES IN THE BEST INTEREST OF OUR CUSTOMERS/CLIENTS.

Dear MTN Business,
I write on behalf of all Mtn SME enterprise users and sme data resellers in Nigeria with regards to the recent 500% data increase, on some of your monthly and daily data bundles, as we anticipate a parallel review in the price of SME data as well to no avail.

OUR PLIGHT:
1. The removal of the unfavorable, 10 maximum share limit imposed on the SME data share platform on October 25, 2014.

2. We anticipate a parallel review in the price of SME data as well, probably 500percent too.

If these two requests and properly considered the enterprise service and data vending platform would be given a fair chance and would thrive, in a bid to create a symbiotic relationship for all parties involved.

Yes, we understand that the enterprise service is primarily meant for SME needs, we cannot overlook the fact that it has also afforded some creative youths the opportunity of having an income which is one of the greatest philosophy of the company, MTN.

OUR INPUTS ARE NOT FEW:
1. We serve as a great avenue to salvage Mtn’s corporate social responsibility by fostering business growth and jobs
2. We (data vendors) are at the grassroot, so we do major freelance marketing at no cost to the company.
3. We stimulate demands for MTN products and services. A lot of people started using MTN data because of our coming into existence.
4. Clients get to see us directly to have greater confidence in the products and service we help sell.
5. We serve as freelance customer care agents, Providing solutions to the numerous problems encountered by data consumers who are not so tech savy.
6. We help to configure their devices (for those who have challenges)
7. Clients get to see us (a third party) promoting products that we are not directly affiliated to and therefore have confidence in the services offered.

We (SME businesses, NGOs, cooperatives, organizations etc) therefore anticipates a favorable response as we have always believed in the brand, MTN NG.
