it turns out i need a house or duplex and not a flat. same conditions which was as close as possible to the palsm mall and at least 3 bedrooms. the price range is now under 10 million for sale or 2 million for rent |

The 3b/r is one side, 2b/r on the other part, the 3b/r is for the N3.5M but all goes for N5M per annum, |
