A video of United Kingdom Prime Minister, David Cameron, telling Queen Elizabeth II that Nigeria and Afghanistan are “conceivably the two most degenerate nations on the planet” has been distributed by the British media.



The arrival of the video comes that day President Muhammadu Buhari left Nigeria for London to take part in the International Anti-Corruption Summit.

Cameron, who is relied upon to have Buhari amid the summit, made the remark while talking at an occasion to check the Queen’s 90th Birthday, as indicated by UK’s Independent, which distributed the footage from ITV News on its site.

The Prime Minister is likewise noted to have said, “We have the pioneers of some incredibly degenerate nations coming to Britain.”

The Independent in its report, in any case, said the Archbishop of Canterbury, Most Rev. Justin Welby, who was among those present, interceded on Buhari’s sake, saying, “This specific President is not himself degenerate.”

David Cameron has failed no.1 rule of international media. Don't insult Nigerians directly...you won't just enjoy the outcome.
