I just got a a text message and it says : congratulation,u have won the sum of #950,000 from the ongoing Dangote promo powered by NNPC ur ref number is ***** call the cash office for claim 08*********.
So,i called the number and a man picked up and said i've won some money because Dangote is giving out cash to some selected phone numbers. And he asked for where i'm calling from,i told him and he asked for my name,so I told him i'll call him later. 
Guys,pls is this real or scam?
