please help. i need a free images editor app (photoshot) to doctor image banners from an Android mobile app.

e.g something or a platform where I can crop some part from photo A.and past it in choice location in photo B.. a neatly doctored images for banners.

and also a transparent image background text editor. with unique graphic font. like banners in nairaland.
