1) Common sense tells me that he was afraid. Their history and statistics are not in his favour. Innocent people also run too

2) And you know this how? She is a working woman which means the suspect could be a colleague. She had an extramarital affair, her lover could be the murderer etc etc

If the autopsy gives us a timeline or time of death (which I doubt its accuracy) and he was not at home at that time that is if he can establish a good alibi for that period, why would they charge him?

Personally, I think he is highly likely going to jail for her murder. He has a history of abuse and a strong motive. Unless it can be proven that he was somewhere else when it happened, he is definitely going to go to jail. Also, they have to prove that the hitting was the cause or one of the causes for her death. To do this, we also need the autopsy report.

People break into houses every time and what if she opened the door for someone else have he left nko?

As for me, I care more about the possibility of going to jail than his guilt. I need to read more about the case. I don't really know all the details.
