State what other facilities are nearby to the land, things like access roads, irrigation scheme or other source of water, GSM network coverage at farm site.

Will there be any insurance for the fund invested? what happens if the crops get eaten by fulani cows, or insects or there is no rainfall and as such poor yield, so many what ifs, How is the investors fund protected.

What if you simply take the investor money and disappear to marry wife number x+1 with it??
