Mowe for now is a new emerging real estate market. Like every new product people are bound to doubt and be skeptical about it.
But  that does not make the product to be fake or not real. Being a new market for now, i think it will be of benefit to those who will invest on a long term.
And not those people who want to buy and build instantly. Atmost two to three years reason is that some of these estates have just acquired their land are yet to do first allocation to those who have subscribed.

Moreover, this must be done in batches to meet up with the cost from the bill of quantity. Reason for long delay of plot physically allocated to the owner.But  during allocation period you are sure to get your land asap. While people are buying for speculative reasons [ buy now resell later] are in the right place of business. Knowing fully well that land never depreciate, Mowe can not be different.

Lastly, we would like to tell Nigerians and any other person interested in this area to always do their findings before comitting themselves to any one or corporate bodies.
