people spend so much money buying land but at the end there still cry back to the police or their lawyers because of one problem or the other maybe the land is a government property or it has been sold to someone else bla bla bla.
A Land surveyor with his knowledge will tell you the areas acquired by government, some land that are in dispute, communities that don't sell out land easily, and also flood and fraud prone areas.
After that he surveys your land and register it with government giving u the deed plan and also process ur certificate of deposit and the legal back up being stamped by a surveyor (registered).
a
After that secure ur land with fence and wait for a trespasser. Do it once and for all. Don't lose your millions when thousands would have saved it.
