Funds meant for the mobilization of Batch ‘A’ Stream two of the National Youth Service Corps members were released on Tuesday by the federal government.

The management of the NYSC, while revealing this added that the programme which is billed to begin on Saturday, will go on as planned.


The prospective corps members had shown concerns after the Director-General of the NYSC, Sule Kazaure, told the senate committee on youth and sports that the programme might be postponed as a result of lack of funds
