Roles & Responsibilities:

·          To prospect for business within the insurance Sector.

·          To Build relationships with all Senior Management in the Insurance Sector

·          To develop models for selling and delivering IT/IT Based solutions to the Insurance Sector

·          To promote our Brand within the Insurance sector

·          To develop Account Strategies for each Target account in the Insurance sector

·          To develop Market intelligence about our offerings and competing offerings in the Insurance sector

·          To produce and execute a Business Development Plan for the Insurance Industry at large

·          To undertake any other duties as appropriate within his competence, as required by the Head of Unit from time to time

 

Educational / Professional Qualifications:

·          Bachelors preferably 2:1 and above

·          MBA and advantage

·          Insurance Industry Certifications and advantage

 

Technical/Professional Experience:

·          Business Planning Experience

·          Insurance Software Business Applications Experience

·          Insurance Practices experience/Knowledge

·          Large Account Management Experience

·          Project management experience/knowledge


WEBIFY BUSINESS MANAGER
 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  ·          Designs and oversees the development and execution of a Marketing Plan for the Webify Business

·          Identifies, Recommends and executes desirable technology changes/options to the website(s) to enhance the effectiveness of the site(s)

·          Provides reporting on site performance

·          Recruits, mentors, develops, Appraises, lays-off and oversees all members of staff

·          Identifies, Recommends and executes desirable process changes/options to the website(s) to enhance the effectiveness of the site(s)

·          Ensures profitable operation of the website(s)

·          Identifies, Recommends and executes desirable strategy changes/options to the website(s) to enhance the effectiveness of the site(s)

·          Ensure the attainment of the various performance parameters set for the websites of Webify.

·          Develop Channels to support the promotion of Webify Portals

·          To undertake any other duties as appropriate within his competence, as required by the Head of Unit from time to time

 

Educational / Professional Qualifications:

 

·          Bsc Computer Science or Bsc Social Sciences/Business Administration

·          MBA(with Marketing Specialisation) will be an advantage

 

Technical/Professional Experience:

  ·          Web Development Experience

·          Marketing/Branding Experience

·          Experience of actually running an e-commerce website is a definite advantage
