1. Always Read your own meaning to what people say and do without asking them for explanations.
2. Push people away even when they try to come close- build a wall around yourself.
3. Don't accept apologies- no matter how people try to tell you 'sorry' for a mistake they made, keep them bottled in your heart.
4. Assume you know what people are thinking- just sit at your corner, supposing and imagining what people are thinking about you. Then act on your own imagination to protect yourself.
5. Don't confirm rumours about people, just believe it- when you hear negative stories from 'reliable' sources about people in your life, just swallow the stories and rumors hook, line and sinker. Believe the bad news and judge those people based on such rumors without giving them benefit of doubt.
6. Don't say your mind. Keep it locked up- when discussions or even arguments start, just keep responding 'okay' without speaking your mind. When people ask your questions, just brush the questions aside and move on. Even when the answer is on the tip of your tongue, keep quiet, don't say anything, just keep it all locked up. And even when you feel offended by a 'friend', just stay silent without telling him what you are feeling.
7. Always believe posts are all about you- whenever you wander to facebook or read people's statuses elsewhere, always tell yourself the writer is addressing you. And when you get to church, conclude within you that your Pastor is preaching about you when he offers a story. Make sure you tell yourself everyone is speaking about you as if you are all they have in the world.
