I bet even if given, they will still leave empty treasury and huge debts including salary arrears when their tenor is over. I said it somewhere on this forum that rushing the decision on bailout then was political, and would amount to postponing agony of the evil day.

The World Bank should not give these thieves the money. They'll loot it immediately!

They can't even account for their respective States' internal revenue, not to talk of the monthly Federal allocation they receive!

The only thing these thieves do is to loot loot loot!!

For those asking so many questions. The answer lies in the website below.
We know d solution to our problem but we will never use it cos we are singing with different voices.
2, They have scammed us by merging several ethnic groups together as one nation in d whole of Africa.
3, We got it right @ d beginning by practicing true federalism but they thwarted it and made sure that we were further divided.
3, Murtala stopped their activities by changing BP to AP but was quickly assassinated.
These governors will borrow the money but it will not be paid back. rather the debt will be there but they will loot the money and return to d owners.
Naira will be devalued soon. so we d better get ready. Buhari is just making noise.
Happy reading.
