This is an argument that has been causing trouble for a while in my house now. Please what is the meaning of these statements "i passed through school" and "school passed through me".

My opinion was that "i passed through school" means i came out of school successfully without going through a tough time. On the hand "school passed through me" means maybe i couldn't finish the school, repeated classes or sections or generally had a tough time in school.

Please help out if am wrong...... post your opinions.

If u passed through school, it means you have graduated and you know what you are doing(not half baked graduate). If school passed through you, it means you learnt a lot from the stress and difficulties associated with school. MY OWN OPINION
