This is a reflection of how low governance has sunk to in this country.
A governor siting boreholes in communities should be done in the absence of the camera. It is obviously the work of local government chairmen.
God help my country.

People get the kind of leaders they deserve. That is an old borehole, look at the last photograph. There is no way that thing is not at least 10 years old and people are actually hailing this nonsense. Tomorrow when he is out of power and you heard what he spent on them the same people hailing him now will start talking rubbish.
